Rupin Joshi
A substation automation engineer who spent six years at Schneider Electric commissioning oil & gas, power-grid and data-centre projects — including the UZ750 offshore project in the UAE — before building TVP to hire the engineers who do that work.
Recruitment led by an engineer who did the work
Rupin Joshi is a B.Tech electrical & electronics engineer who spent the core of his career as a Substation Automation Engineer at Schneider Electric — on IEC 61850 and the PACIS substation control platform, across oil & gas, power grids and data centres, including offshore commissioning on the UZ750 project in the UAE.
He founded Talent Vertex Partners to bring that engineering judgement to hiring. The reason TVP screens differently is simple: he has read the P&IDs, configured the substation control logic, and sat through the SATs — so he can tell a capable control-systems engineer from a risky one, which a keyword search never will.
I've been that engineer. Offshore. Schneider Electric. UAE. 2 AM, three nationalities, one very loud alarm. The engineers who handle real plant pressure aren't on job portals — they're too busy keeping someone else's plant alive. That's the exact gap we close at TVP.

Substation Automation Engineer → Deputy Manager
Substation automation engineering across oil & gas, power grids and data centres — IEC 61850, PACIS substation control, Modbus and project commissioning. Progressed from Engineer to Senior Automation Engineer to Deputy Manager.
UZ750 offshore oil & gas project
Substation control and power-management automation (SCMS / IPCMS) on a major UAE offshore facility — live commissioning and punch closure. Recognised with a UZ750 Completion & Closure award from Petrofac (2019).
B.Tech, Electrical & Electronics Engineering
The engineering grounding behind the firm — published undergraduate work on microprocessor-based motor protection (overload, single-phasing, over-temperature).
Founder & Managing Director
Built TVP to map and place India's automation and energy engineers — PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, instrumentation and OT — with screening grounded in real commissioning, not keywords.
