How does hiring through the TVP platform work?
You upload the job description, sign the agreement generated in your client portal and pay an activation fee. We search, put every candidate through four screening gates, and send you coded, rated candidates to decide on. Eight steps in all — you act at four of them.

A specialist hiring firm, run through one client portal
Talent Vertex Partners finds and technically screens automation and OT professionals, from engineer to CXO, so that every candidate you interview has already shown they can do the work.
Who we are
A specialist hiring firm for industrial automation, OT and energy automation, led by Rupin Joshi — an electrical engineer who worked as an automation engineer with Schneider Electric, including offshore substation automation.
What we do
Search and technical screening for technical roles only — PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, commissioning, process and energy automation — at every level up to leadership.
What you get
Screened candidates you can decide on quickly, a search you can see into at every step, and a first shortlist within 21 working days of kickoff — or your activation fee back.
Eight steps, from enquiry to joining
Each step shows who acts. You see the progress of every step in the portal without asking.
- STEP 1
Enquiry TVP
You receive the process note, the Commercial Schedule, then your portal invitation.
- STEP 2
Brief You
Upload the JD as you have it. The portal asks only what the JD leaves open.
- STEP 3
Agreement You
Generated in the portal. You sign, we countersign.
- STEP 4
Activation You
The activation fee is paid in the portal. The search starts on receipt.
- STEP 5
Search TVP
Our screened pool first, then the market. Every candidate through the same four gates.
- STEP 6
Shortlist You
Anonymised candidates in your portal, each rated. You decide.
- STEP 7
Interviews Both
You pick a time. The name and full CV are shared then.
- STEP 8
Joining Both
Offer, notice period and joining, managed until the engineer is on site.
You act at four steps — brief, agreement, activation, shortlist — and join us for interviews and the offer. Everything else is our work.

Why our shortlist is short
Your brief runs first against our own pool of already-screened engineers, then the market. Every candidate passes the same four gates, in order.
| Gate | What it checks | What it stops |
|---|---|---|
| 0 · Look-alike filter | Whether the profile is automation at all | Profiles that read like automation but are not — building management (BMS/HVAC), IT support, software test automation, RPA. They never reach your shortlist. |
| 1 · Structural fit | Platforms, level, site experience, location and notice against your brief | The right skills in the wrong place, level or timeline |
| 2 · Technical paper | A paper built for the exact platforms the candidate claims, drawn from 400+ signed technical questions, plus experience questions a keyword cannot answer | A CV that lists a platform the candidate cannot actually work on |
| 3 · Engineer sign-off | A named automation engineer reads the answers against the role and signs | Anyone without that signature. No signature, no “Verified”. |

You never chase
Updates
A bell in the portal shows every change, and a written status on each active position reaches you every week.
Hotline
Each position has its own message thread, reaching your consultant, their manager and Rupin Joshi.
Escalate
If something is not right, one button sends it to the responsible manager and the founder, and the portal tells you by name who it reached.
What you see, and what you do
Each screened candidate appears in your portal as a card under a code. You see everything needed to decide — except who they are, until you choose to interview.
Automation Engineer — process plants
Our screener's reason: strong answers on PLC programming and commissioning; limited DCS exposure.
| Platforms | Siemens S7-1500 · TIA Portal · WinCC |
| Experience | 8 years · site commissioning |
| Location · notice | Pune · 60 days |
| Salary | Current and expected, stated |
| CV | Anonymised copy to open and read |
- Approve
- You want to take the candidate forward.
- Decline
- With a short reason; it sharpens the next profile we send.
- Add a note
- Any question reaches us as a task with an owner.
- Request an interview
- Or offer your own available times.
- Your part
- Please decide on each profile within 5 working days. A profile with no response after 10 working days is treated as declined and released — good engineers do not wait long.
From the first interview to the engineer on site
| Booking a time | You request an interview or offer times from your diary. We confirm with the candidate and put the options in your portal; you pick one. Every time shows the day, the hour in IST and the mode. |
| When you see the name | The moment you confirm a time, the candidate's name and full CV are shared with you, provided the agreement for that position is signed. |
| Contact details | Stay with Talent Vertex Partners. We brief the candidate, confirm attendance and handle every change of time. |
| After the interview | The card asks one question: Move forward, Hold, or Not a fit. If we have not heard within 48 hours, we follow up. |
| The offer | Rupin Joshi runs the offer conversation with you and the candidate — compensation, joining date, notice period, counter-offer risk. |
| Notice period and joining | We stay close to the engineer through the notice period, most of all when counter-offers land, and confirm the joining with both sides on the day. |
Retained, one position at a time
The rates are set out once, in the Engagement Terms — Commercial Schedule, which we send on enquiry. The principle is below.
| Retained, per position | Each position is opened separately, when you are ready for it. You are never asked to fund headcount you have not approved. |
| Activation fee | Paid in the portal before the search starts, by UPI or card. Every rupee is credited against the placement fee when the engineer joins. |
| Placement fee | A percentage of the annual CTC, banded by level, invoiced on the joining date less the activation fee already paid. GST is charged at the applicable rate. |
| If the shortlist is late | No first shortlist within 21 working days of kickoff — your activation fee is returned. |
| If no hire is made | Refund, transfer or credit of the activation fee, and replacement cover after joining, as set out in the Commercial Schedule. |
In writing, before the search starts
| Talent Vertex Partners commits to | You commit to |
|---|---|
| A kickoff call within 5 working days of the activation fee | One named contact with the authority to shortlist, interview and decide |
| The first shortlist within 21 working days, or your activation fee back | A decision on every profile within 5 working days |
| A written weekly status on every active position | A decision within 10 working days of the final interview |
| Every candidate briefed and confirmed before an interview slot is booked | The offer letter within 5 working days of confirming a selection |
| Profiles that are accurate, with anything we could not verify marked as such | The salary band and the offer in writing |
What employers ask about the platform
What is the TVP platform?
It is the client portal Talent Vertex Partners runs every search through. You upload the job description, sign the agreement and pay the activation fee there, then receive screened candidates as coded cards and follow every step of the search without asking anyone for an update.
What do I have to do as the hiring company?
Four things: upload the JD as you have it, sign the agreement generated in the portal, pay the activation fee, and decide on each candidate and pick interview times. Everything else is our work.
How are candidates screened before I see them?
Every candidate passes four gates in order: a look-alike filter, a structural fit check against your brief, a technical paper built for the exact platforms the candidate claims, and sign-off by a named automation engineer. Nobody is called Verified without that signature.
When do I see a candidate's name?
The moment you confirm an interview time, provided the agreement for that position is signed. You then receive the candidate's name and full CV. Until then you see a code, our rating and the reason, platforms, experience, location, notice period, salary and an anonymised CV.
Do I get the candidate's phone number or email?
No. Contact details stay with Talent Vertex Partners. We brief the candidate, confirm attendance and handle every change of time.
What happens if the shortlist is late?
If the first shortlist does not reach you within 21 working days of kickoff, your activation fee is returned.
How do fees work?
Each position is opened separately with an activation fee paid in the portal before the search starts. Every rupee of it is credited against the placement fee when the engineer joins. The rates are set out in the Engagement Terms — Commercial Schedule, which we send on enquiry.
