For a 3–6-year PLC engineer, you see anonymised, engineer-checked profiles in your client portal. For senior or hard-to-fill roles (₹10 lakh and above), the first technically-screened shortlist reaches you within 21 working days of kickoff, or your activation fee is returned. Urgent machine start-up or line-commissioning deadlines can move faster — give us the site date and we work back from it.
Do you screen on the actual platform, or just keywords?
On the platform. Our screening is engineer-led: candidates are questioned on the exact IDE and controller family you run — TIA Portal, Studio 5000, EcoStruxure Control Expert, GX Works3 — plus the drives, HMI and fieldbus around it.
Can you find dual-platform engineers?
Yes — engineers working across both Siemens and Rockwell exist but are scarcer, and the breadth is worth a few per cent on base, not the 10–15% often quoted (our salary guide found no India evidence for that figure). We'll tell you honestly whether your role needs one or whether a single-platform engineer plus cross-training is the smarter buy.
